Case Study Video: Pearl St. Commercial Roof

Watch the video below to see our restoration of a commercial building in Denver, Colorado. For this project, we elected to do a silicone based coating system for the roof. The old roof was a smooth-modified roof, but due to the damage and penetrations, a silicone based coating was determined as the best solution. This allowed for a fast, functional repair with a full 20 year warrantee for the building owners, ensuring that their property would be up-to-date and safe for many years to come.
