Dan Odenthal, CEO
My focus is for Guarantee Construction Group to build and maintain client relationships with a commitment to quality and service. I have been in the construction industry since working as a teen in my dad's painting company. I have almost a decade of experience helping businesses and homeowners with their roofing and other construction needs. My wife and I have been married 24 years. We have two kids in college. If I am not working, there is a good chance I am mountain biking or skiing.
Kevin Hyde, Project Manager
Kevin Hyde is the VP of Sales & Operations. Kevin works on day to day operations, including managing the sales and production teams while the projects are being handled.
Kevin attended Northwesert University, St Paul MN after high school. He went into customer service for a major print company and moved into sales shortly after that and has been in sales now for close to 20 years. He brings large corporate experience and innovation to a family owned business focused on becoming a leader in the Denver CO area.
Kevins free time is spent with his wife, 4 children, daughter-in-law and grandson.
Debra Rivera, Office Manager
Debra Rivera is a billing estimator trained through the Xactware software, providing billing and supplemental estimates in the residential restoration business since 2009. She received a BA in business from Audrey Cohen College in New York City, class of 1996. Providing the best customer service and accurate estimate to clients are her focuses. She is committed to helping clients understand their insurance policy and guiding them through their restoration project to the best of her ability.
Debra is fluent in Spanish, and she relocated her family to Denver Colorado in the summer of 1996. She has been married to her childhood sweetheart for 28 years and counting, and is a mom to two adult sons and one female furbaby (dog).
Darrell Blackwell, Project Manager
Darrell is the Project Manager. He oversees the roofing crews on site, assists with the quality control and safety issues, coordinates with suppliers and assists with customer relations. Darrell has been working in the construction industry since he was a teenager helping his family's contracting business. He attended UTI in Phoenix, AZ after high school and was soon a licensed contractor in HVAC. Darrell owned and operated an HVAC company for many years before expanding into the property inspection field. After earning a certification through ASHI, Darrell owned and operated a property inspection business for 17 years before joining Guarantee Construction Group. Darrell has also completed the Texas Adjuster All Lines Adjusting program. Darrell brings a diverse knowledge of the construction industry to your roofing and construction project.
Darrell and his family love all things outdoors. He has been married for 25 years and has two fun loving boys.
Ed Holbrook, Production Manager
Ed Holbrook is an Ohio native and Ohio State University graduate. He started his management career working in building materials distribution. After almost 20 years in distribution, he transitioned to insurance restoration construction to enhance his knowledge of construction from the contractor side of the business.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.
